Biggest Loser 2 Workout
So I know it's been a long time since I have posted.. Here's an little update.
Saturday - Went to Walmart with Lauren to get new shoes because Lucy ate my good ones. I bought healthy food since Lauren is going to school to be a nutritionist, she really helped. I bought a medicine ball, weights and reintroduced my stability ball into my life. (hehe)
Sunday-
Worked nothing exciting
Monday- I have off today so I woke up after feeling like shit last night around 1030, and lunged around.. I was thinking I was being very unproductive, so I popped in the Biggest Loser 2 Workout DVD. I did the warm up and some stretching and the boot camp segment.
My thoughts on the DVD.
Since today is my first day really exercising in a long time, I didn't want to do too much so I did the warm up and the stretching segment and the boot camp segment. Loved it, it really doesn't seem to be too difficult, my only downfall was slipping off the stability ball while I was lifting weights and lucy trying to attack my weights while I was lifting. It was funny!!! I really don't know how long I should be exercising in a day. My only disappointment so far is the video really doesn't have that many long lasting workouts.. they are maybe like 10-15 minutes a piece... Need feedback. Also eating lately has been a disaster for me. Brians mom brought me home dinner last night and I ate a piece of cake.. :( Today I had cereal, and peaches. I'd like to get their cookbook.
Side note - I'm realizing it isn't the fact I don't actually like to exercise, but the fact that I just don't feel like getting up and doing it. Blah!
